Meet the Team

Chris King

Commercial Director

Chris joined Wifigear at the beginning of 2020 following several years running his own security distribution company. After progressing through the ranks of Account Manager and Sales Director he became Commercial Director in 2023.

He enjoys building relationships with customers and to support them to win new projects and deploy new products helping everyone to grow in the process.

Outside of work he is kept busy by his 3 children and enjoys playing cricket and supporting the mighty AFC Bournemouth.

Andy Smith

UK Business Development Manager

Andy joins the Wifigear team with 20 years experience within distribution & vendor.  Building trust within partners is imperative & understanding the client’s individual needs is key. - Its never a "one size" fits all scenario.  He thrives on delivering best of breed service & seeing projects come from ideas, to the finished article. 

In his spare time, you will find him coaching his sons under 10's football team or attempting to hit a tiny ball, into a tiny hole, whilst attempting to play golf.  Unfortunately Andy is also a Sunderland fan for all his sins.

Karen Lavender

Business Development

Karen has recently joined the team but brings with her 25 years of experience in Auto-id distribution. Customer service and thinking outside the box are a key focus for her to deliver a strong partnership to drive sales.

She is a keen sailor and can be found on the water most weekends. As a Director of thelocal Yacht Club and who likes to have fun is responsible for organising many of the social events.

Ricki Hill

Senior Account Manager

Ricki joins the WifiGear team with 25 years sales experience in networks, VoIP and security distribution.

He is a keen year round BBQ'er and enjoys Kayaking, lure fishing and biking as well as electronic music production. He's a huge Spurs fan so take it easy on him!

Jamie Gray

Account Manager

Jamie joined the Wifigear team in 2022. Following University he has built many years of experience in Account Management roles and enjoys nothing more than building strong and successful relationships with his clients.

In his spare time he is a keen snooker player and Newcastle United F.C. supporter. He is often found completing DIY projects with his partner.

Fiona Lloyd

Trade Sales and Ecommerce Assistant

Fiona enjoys her role in supporting the team and customers alike.
She especially, enjoys listening to Keira sing in the office!

Her other hobbies include photography and spending time with her family.

Keira Haslam

Finance Executive

Since moving to Dorset Keira has worked hard on her AAT studies to gain her Level 3 in accounting. Keira has worked in a number of Bookkeeping and Finance Assistant Roles and loves the role she now plays in the WifiGear Team.

You will find her spending most of her free time singing and baking delicious treats.
